PUM in the bathroom

When the toothpaste is running low and your thumbs are sore from squeezing too hard cut open the tube where another weeks supply of paste is waiting, stuck to the inside. Don’t let this potentially useful material go to waste and get all your money’s worth from that purchase! The spent toothpaste tube is another story, I haven’t found a use for this material yet but there is potential there… if anyone finds a use, let me know.

Another option to buying toothpaste is make your own! All you will need is:

  1. Coconut oil ( 2 TBSP.)
  2. Peppermint essential oil (a few drops)
  3. Baking soda (1 tsp.)

Mix these 3 ingredients together and store in a mason jar or similar container. You won’t find any harmful chemicals here!
