Spooky scary trash filled ghosts

Halloween is getting closer and what better to do than have a little fun by turning trash into some cute little ghosties? Instead of buying new decorations just stuff a plastic bag with some trash (possibly cleaned up off the street) and draw a “spooky” face on it. This is simple, easy and kids can clean their environment while having fun, and the best part is it can be recycled afterwards! Or if you’re feeling extra ambitious the contents could be stuffed into an eco-brick , check out the post here if you’ve never heard of one. These are some fun activities that could teach kids about environmental stewardship and may start them on a path of thinking before they consume and being conscious about waste.
