Delicious Dressings

Ahh greens, I can never eat enough of them and there are seemingly endless varieties to choose from. If you feel like you need some more greens in your life finding the right dressing for your salads is a great way to get hooked! Here are a few of my favorite dressings to add some zest to any salad.


  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 toes garlic, pressed
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 4 tbsp tahini
  • 4 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp ea. oregano, marjoram, thyme
  • black pepper to taste


*This is my go to dressing!

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/3 cup tamari
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup water


  • 2 cups peaches
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1-2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • pinch of cayenne
  • 2 cups water & 1/2 cup apple juice

PUMMY’s TIP OF THE DAY:    Toasted nuts/seeds are a nice way to make any salad to die for. Just heat your favorites in a skillet until golden brown and sprinkle on top. yuuuuum!

    i love the hollyhock dressing -super simple, plus it’s homemade and has vitamin B-12 which every human couldn’t go wrong with substituting in their diet and i agree, toasted nuts/seeds are absolutely a great way to ‘change’ a salad and make it even more delicious

    The Holly Hock is my favorite, but can’t wait to try the peach with my own frozen peaches. Been roasting a lot of my own pumpkin seeds this time of year as well:-)
