Clouds are getting serious down here! And I found a farming buddy #clouds #bugs

Riding thru the smoke of a lingering lightning fire in the Carson National Forest this morning. It was pretty cool to ride into the smokey valley as the sun came up. Colorado trail recon ride. Still lots of snow above 10,500ft. at kennebec pass and Indian trail ridge. It's going to be interesting in two weeks! Seeing more cattle than any wildlife during my ride helped me remember why I'm doing this, to help "end the war on wildlife". We are on day 6 of our 3 week ride in Idaho to raise money for @wildearthguardians "end the war on wildlife" campaign. With population growth and expansion animals have it hard enough without the government program Wildlife Services killing them in massive numbers. We're getting ready for the first leg of our adventure to help "end the war on wildlife" (link in bio) We will be biking in Idaho hoping to see some of the wolves that are being hunted to the brink of extinction there. After hiking too 13,000 ft. the decent was a lot easier.

Had a great time in the valle caldera with @mc.senderson @ahigdon81 and @veganshire We even got to ride bikes between all that pushing up hill. I think we have two more bikepackers hooked! #bikepacking #newmexico #vallecaldera
